Our Story
Our Journey
Our journey began in 2019, when leading Nigerian intellectuals gathered in Berlin to address the urgent need for a new political order in Nigeria. It acknowledged the stark reality of underperforming public leadership in Africa, despite the region’s abundant natural and human resources. Her research illuminated a deeply rooted culture of leadership that often prioritized personal interests over the collective well-being of citizens.
In 2020, this commitment to change gave rise to three Work Study Groups led by ethical and mission-driven Nigerians. Their collective vision encompassed the establishment of a world-class learning centre, the revitalization of Nigeria’s value systems, the empowerment of the electorate, and the reform of constitutional, political, and electoral structures.

Our Core Values
These defines our essence
Public Purpose
We lead with the public good in mind. Every decision, partnership, and project is anchored in service to society — beyond personal gain or private interest.
Bold Imagination
We dare to envision what doesn’t yet exist. In a world full of constraints, we cultivate radical ideas and reimagine systems for justice, inclusion, and progress.
Shared Leadership
We believe leadership is not a position — it’s a practice. We learn, build, and shape the future together. Authority is earned through contribution, not title.
Character
We act with integrity, humility, and courage. Leadership begins with who we are. We uphold ethical standards, take responsibility, and remain accountable to the people we serve.
Competence
We pursue mastery and meaningful results. Our work is grounded in deep knowledge, rigorous practice, and the discipline to deliver impact at scale — not just activity.
Capacity
We grow together to meet the moment. We invest in each other’s growth, build collective muscle, and strengthen our ability to respond to complex public challenges.
